1. Vendor
   These Terms govern purchases on porscia.com. The seller and contracting party is:
   PORSCIA GROUP S.R.L., Via Monte Napoleone 17, 20121 Milano (MI), Italy — VAT/P.IVA [03795340540] — Email: support@porscia.com (“Vendor”, “we”, “us”).
   We sell only to Consumers (persons aged 18+ purchasing outside their trade, business, or profession).

2. Products, prices & taxes
   Prices appear in the selected currency and include Italian VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties/taxes at delivery, payable by the recipient. We may correct obvious price or availability errors before shipping.

3. Order process & contract formation
   Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order, you receive an order acknowledgment. The contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example due to stock issues or address verification failure), we will cancel and promptly refund any amounts paid.

4. Payment
   We accept the methods shown at checkout (for example, major cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay). Payments are processed by independent providers with secure protocols; we do not store full payment card numbers. 3-D Secure or additional verification may apply.

5. Shipping & delivery
   Delivery options, costs, and estimated times appear at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page: 
   Delivery dates are estimates. We may ship items in partial deliveries at no extra cost. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/Italy – 14 days) — Free returns
   

   Statutory 14-day right (EU/Italy). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or your nominee) receive the goods. To exercise this legal right, send a clear statement to returns@porscia.com or use the Return Form. After notifying withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. Items may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning; we may deduct for any diminished value caused by excess handling.

   Our commercial 30-day policy (free returns). In addition to your legal rights above, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Request an RMA and a prepaid return label via returns@porscia.com or the page above. Condition (strict): items must be unused, show no signs of wear (no creases, scratches, marked soles/liners, or odors), and have all tags/seals intact, with original packaging, dust bags, protective films, accessories, and any authenticity/blockchain documents. Items with tags removed or signs of wear are not returnable under this commercial policy.

   Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods (or from proof of return). We may adjust the refund for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item.

   Exceptions. No return/withdrawal for made-to-measure or clearly personalized items; sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed; and other exceptions under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
   Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) implementing EU rules. If a product lacks conformity, you are entitled—free of charge—to repair or replacement within a reasonable time. Where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. These rights apply independently of any commercial warranty and typically last two years from delivery. 8. PORSCIA Forever Warranty (commercial warranty)
   Our Forever Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty described here:
   
   It applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under Section 7.

9. Returns for defects or incorrect items
   If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, contact care@porscia.com promptly with photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and remedy the issue in line with Section 7.

10. Title & risk
    Title to products remains with us until we receive full payment. Risk passes on delivery as per Section 5.

11. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections).

12. Force majeure
    We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example strikes, lockouts, transport disruption, acts of God, epidemics, or governmental actions). We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Privacy

14. Governing law & disputes
    These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence. You may bring claims before the courts of your residence or of Milan, Italy. The European Commission provides the online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

15. Changes
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies. Updated versions are posted on porscia.com
