SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders and made-to-order items ship as indicated on the product page. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier in Milan.

1) ORDER PROCESSING

2) SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
  • Standard: 3–5 business days — Free
  • Express Saver: 1–2 business days — €20 / US$25
  • Next Day: next business day — €30 / US$40

Delivery timeframes are estimates and start when your order ships. Friday after 12:00 (noon) or weekend orders are processed the next business day.

We ship from Milan, Italy. For security, all deliveries require a signature. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders.

3) DELIVERY NOTES

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, check your order status (account or “Track your order”), verify the delivery address, and contact the carrier using your tracking number. Our team is happy to assist at care@porscia.com.

4) FREE 30-DAY RETURNS

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a complimentary 30-day return window from delivery. Request an RMA and a prepaid return label via returns@porscia.com or the form on this page.

Conditions (strict)
  • Items must be unused, with no signs of wear (no creases, scratches, marked soles/liners, or odors).
  • All tags/seals must remain attached and intact.
  • Return with original packaging, dust bags, protective films, accessories, and authenticity/blockchain documents.
  • Returns must be shipped from the same country of delivery using our prepaid label unless otherwise agreed.

If you use your own carrier, PORSCIA YEGANEH® is not responsible for loss or theft in transit; we recommend a tracked service.

5) HOW TO RETURN
  1. Submit the Return Form or email returns@porscia.com to receive your prepaid label.
  2. Confirm items are in original condition with tags and full packaging.
  3. Pack securely (order box or any rigid carton). Affix the prepaid label over prior delivery info.
  4. Arrange pickup with the carrier (instructions provided with the label).

You may combine returns from different orders in one parcel using the same label (if weight/size permits).

6) EU/ITALY STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Consumers in the EU/Italy have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Send a clear statement to returns@porscia.com or submit the Return Form here. Items must be returned within 14 days of your notice and handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce refunds to reflect any diminished value from excess handling.

7) EXCEPTIONS

Made-to-measure or clearly personalized items; sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed; and other exceptions under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

8) REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days from receipt (or proof of return). Bank processing times may vary. For gifts, we can exchange for equal or higher value (any price difference is payable); otherwise, please return for a refund and place a new order.
