Register the NFT tied to your handbag. Then contact our concierge team at warranty@porscia.com with the issue, your full name, phone number, return address, and a brief description. Once approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions to our head office in Italy. Your item will be returned within seven business days—or, if repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement from our archive.
