PORSCIA YEGANEH® embodies ForeverLuxury®—craftsmanship, rarity, and cultural depth, All MADE IN ITALY. The following terms protect our distinctive creations and identity.
Ownership and Limited License
The website porscia.com and all content on it—including text, information, logos, images, icons, photographs, illustrations, audio-visual material, graphics, charts, reports, data, software and HTML/CSS/JS code, page layouts and screens (collectively, the “Content”)—are owned by or licensed to PORSCIA GROUP and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws worldwide (including copyright, design, trademark and trade-dress laws, and, where applicable, trade secret and other rights).
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the website and to print one copy of the Content for your personal, non-commercial reference only. No other rights are granted or implied.
Trademarks
The following marks and trade dress are the exclusive property of PORSCIA GROUP and may be protected as registered and/or pending trademarks in multiple jurisdictions:

Designs & Trade Dress
Our distinctive design vocabulary includes:
- Featherweight, hand-finished 3D hardware with an architectural approach and the interlinked PP device
- Roman Colosseum “broken-walls” cutout motif applied to handbags, wallets, and leather goods
- TRAPEZE silhouette — our signature bag shape and source-identifying design cue
Where applicable, these elements are protected by registered designs, copyright, and/or trade dress. Any reproduction, adaptation, or misappropriation is prohibited.
Authenticity — All MADE IN ITALY, Blockchain-Backed
Every creation is All MADE IN ITALY and recorded on a public blockchain. Scanning the official QR confirms model details, 3D hardware references, Italian workshop checkpoints, and date-stamped milestones—verifying origin, integrity, and authenticity.
Prohibited Uses
Except as expressly permitted under the limited license above, you may not download, copy, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, display, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the website or any Content. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. You may not use data-mining, scraping, robots, or similar data-gathering or extraction methods; frame or mirror any part of the website; or use our trademarks, trade dress, or any confusingly similar signs without prior written consent from PORSCIA GROUP.
You may not use the website or any Content to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without our prior written consent.

Our core word and device marks, along with protected designs, extend across key jurisdictions, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East, via national registrations and/or international systems.
No Transfer of Rights; Reservation of Rights
Your use of the website does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the website or the Content to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PORSCIA GROUP and its licensors. PORSCIA GROUP may update this page to reflect new registrations or designations.
